Building the Aileron

Working on the Aileron. Setting up the interior for the electrical system.







Inside is done and the top is going on.








Working on the hinges. Making sure the flaps moving up and down smoothly.







Adding the counter weight to keep the aileron centered.







Putting on the trim tab. Ready to put on wing, check for alignment, and send to bank.
